  • Reminder: Set up Duo 2FA before 11/10

On November 10th, you must use Duo two-factor authentication (2FA) to log in to all UConn accounts, except Google. After you enter your NetID password, you will complete a second step and verify your identity with a push or code on your device.

Set it up today – strongly recommended!
Make sure 2FA works for you – and get help if you need it – before you cannot log in to your accounts. To enroll, add a device and turn on full protection on the 2FA Authentication Portal. Instructions on how to enable 2FA with your phone are available at: kb.uconn.edu/space/IKB/10789815076

Note: If you enrolled your Apple Touch ID on your MacBook in 2FA, you need to add a back-up device. Touch ID does not work with Lockdown Browser, and you may not have your laptop with you when you need to authenticate.

    What happens if you wait
When you log in to your UConn accounts for the first time on or after November 10th, you will automatically go through the process of adding a 2FA device. If you are not prepared to add a device at that time, you will not be able to access accounts, like HuskyCT and Student Admin.
