UConn Health researchers invite adult patients (18 years and older) who receive primary care in Connecticut and can make their own medical decisions to participate in a brief survey to learn about their preferences with learning about health information including Advanced Directives.
What does the study involve?
-One-time 5-minute online survey
-Answering multiple choice questions about your demographics and preferences for learning health information, including Advanced Directives.
