  • Parking News

Parking rules and regulations are now being actively enforced nights and weekends.  Although permits are not required in most employee and student commuter lots after 5 PM, they are required in all resident and apartment lots and in other restricted locations 24/7.  Please pay attention to the signage, especially in mixed lots.

Resident Parking Permits allow parking in Lots A, D, T, W & Hilltop Apartments (where designated) on a first come, first served basis.  A Resident Permit does not guarantee parking in any particular lot.  Space is usually available in the resident permit section of Hilltop Apartments.

Please note that Google maps shows the wrong location for Lot K.  Lot K is located on Discovery Drive next to Charter Oak Apartments NOT on Alumni Drive.

The North and South Garages are now gateless.  A permit or payment is required 24/7.  Payment can be made via app (PaybyPhone or Flowbird) or at a kiosk and is required when you park your vehicle, NOT when you exit the garage.

Lot I on Jim Calhoun Way has reopened and requires an Area 2 permit Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM.
