Gelfenbien Commons (Towers Dining Hall) is hiring for the Fall 2022 semester!
Student employees are required to perform a variety of cleaning and customer service tasks such as cleaning dishes, swiping guests in, cleaning the dining hall, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed. The starting pay is $14/hr up to 40 hours/week (20 for international students). Students have the option to continue their employment for subsequent semesters until graduation. Students will also have a meal incentive which includes a meal for every shift that you work. Other initiatives include possible merit bonuses and promotion to a member of Student Management. We offer many opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Must be enrolled as a UConn student
- Must work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, with at least one 4pm-8pm shift.
- Must not be afraid of getting their hands dirty
- Must be able to stand on their feet for a few hours at a time
- Must be able to work well with others

Sunday 9:30am-12pm, 2pm-4pm, 4pm-8pm
Tuesday 11am-2pm, 4pm-8pm, 8pm-10:45pm
Wednesday 8am-11am, 11am-2pm
Thursday 11am-2pm
Friday 7am-11am
Saturday 9:30am-12pm, 4pm-8pm
Work correspondence is sent over email, so each employee should have an active email account they check regularly
