Serving as a Justice on the Undergraduate Student Government's Judiciary is a great way to get involved in the organization in a different way. You will work with the Chief Justice, Deputy Chief Justice, and 4 other associate Justices to uphold USG's Governing Documents. The weekly commitment differs throughout the semester, but expect to hear some funding decisions appeals and sanction cases; oversee one of the Advocacy Committee meetings; and help monitor the elections. You will have opportunities to interpret and set precedent for USG matters, write rulings, and suggest improvements to the Constitution, Bylaws, and Funding Policies. Apply if you are interested in a more fluid role in terms of time commitment and responsibilities.
