Hello! We are current undergraduate students at the University of Connecticut. As part of the service learning portion of ANTH 3340E Culture and Conservation, we are collecting information about food waste on the Storrs campus and would like to get student perspectives. Our goal is to see how endemic food waste is among UConn students and collect perspectives on how to address this problem.
