Join us for an engaging concert on “Work Songs” from varied cultures and historical periods performed by Earthtones Vocal Ensemble, directed by Mary Ellen Junda, with special guests Bob Bloom, percussion; Louis Chatey, bass; Arianna Rojas-Rivera, guitar; Colin Quigley, guitar; and Emma Bocciarelli, keyboard. The songs of daily laborers will touch your heart, make you laugh (and cry), prompting reflection on work experiences from the past and how they relate to the present day.
