For the Entry Level Technician position we are looking for applicants with basic computing knowledge and a strong desire to learn about network/computer troubleshooting. After training, duties would include working on basic computer software issues, cleaning up of viruses, adware, spyware etc., helping clients set up wired/wireless internet, and answering student technology questions in our call center.
For the Clerical Trainee position we are looking for applicants with office experience that are not only personable, but also have the ability to adapt quickly. After training, duties would include covering the front desk and interacting with clients, answering phone calls, filing, typing, data entry, and working with our web-based ticketing system.
For the Public Relation Specialist positions we are looking for applicants with the ability to work in a team environment and focus on a given marketing skill set. We are currently looking for a web developer who can update, maintain, and create Aurora WordPress sites. We are also looking for a graphic designer and a communication specialist.
