The Physiology and Neurobiology Society is having a meeting on April 12th at 4 pm in TLS 154 where we will be hosting a guest speaker. Dr. Jason Kim is a Professor of Molecular Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, who focuses on endocrinology, metabolism, and diabetes. Dr. Kim is also on the MD/PhD Admissions Committee at UMass and the director of the National Mouse Metabolic Phenotyping Center at UMass. He will be talking about his research in diabetes as well as the medical school admission process. This is a wonderful opportunity to ask questions for those interested in research and considering applying to medical school.
