I am a Ph.D. student at the University of Connecticut studying research methods, measurement, and evaluation. I am reaching out to invite you to complete a new survey for undergraduate students. This survey asks about your attitudes toward mathematics.
If you agree to take this survey, you will first be asked questions about your attitudes toward mathematics. Next, you will be asked to answer a few, non-identifying demographic questions. This survey should take no more than 10 minutes.
Your participation would help me study this new instrument and improve it for future use. The survey is anonymous and the results will only be reported in aggregate form to protect the privacy of all participants. At no point will names, email addresses, or IP addresses be collected.
