The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS) is excited to announce ourStudent Commencement National Anthem Singer Competition for the CLAS undergraduate commencement ceremonies.Three graduating students will be selected to sing the national anthem at one of the three commencement ceremonies on Sunday May 8, 2022.
Students who are interested should submit an audio recording of themselves singing the national anthem to clas@uconn.edu, making sure to include their full name, Peoplesoft number and major(s). Submissions will be accepted until Wednesday, April 13, 2022.
Faculty, staff and students from CLAS will review all submissions. Finalists will be asked to audition in person during the week of April 18th.
