  • 3/17 Beyond the PhD: 4th Annual Networking Event

Beyond the PhD invites you to attend our 4th annual networking event “Building Your Brand” on March 17th from 5:30-7:30PM EST!

Our keynote presentation will be given by Amy Aines. Amy is an amazing public speaker and communications strategist with experience coaching and training scientists to communicate effectively so that they can engage listeners, get hired and make a bigger impact with their work.

To make this experience more fun for attendees we have decide to host the interactive portion of the event (following the keynote) on Gather Town a virtual conference platform. Student attending the event will be able to choose their own avatar, walk, and discuss informally among peers and professionals like Zoom/Webex breakout rooms but in a simulated real-life experience.
