America Reads is a volunteer program that aims to enrich learning and literacy for students K-12. Kinsella High School is currently seeking fun, motivated volunteers for our afternoon site program on Fridays. Transporation will be provided by UConn to and from the school; Pick up will be at the Bookstore at 12:30pm, arrive at Kinsella and tutor from 1:20-2:40, and be dropped off back at UConn around 3:30pm. Volunteers mostly act as teacher aids; passing out paperwork and helping students 1 on 1 with classwork...no tutoring experience is required.
