Literary Minds is hosting its second writing contest of the year, this time in the spirit of the Season of Love. All UConn students, regional campuses included, are welcome to submit a short story or collection of stories/poems. Here at UConn we celebrate all kinds of love, not just the romantic kind. Friends and family deserve love too! So, give us your best story of romance, friendship, the warm kind of love one can only receive from family, or even the kindness of a stranger.
Guidelines:
- Submissions must be between 1 and 10 pages (up to 6,000 words)
- One submission per person, you must use your UConn email
- You must be 18 years or older to submit
- While we do recognize love comes in all forms, please keep stories to a PG-13 rating, no graphic depictions of violence, sex, or sexual acts
- The deadline is strictly February 28th @11:59 PM
