America Reads at UConn is a volunteering program that aims to enrich literacy and overall academic achievement for students K-12 in CT. Kinsella High School, located in Hartford, is seeking motivated, hardworking volunteers for the Spring semester. Volunteers will be given transportation from UConn to Kinsella High once a week for 1-3 hours, depending on availability, to act as teacher aids in the classroom; helping out the students in the class with schoolwork. We are accepting students of all majors and no tutoring experience is required.
