The Vergano Institute for Inclusion (VII) is recruiting volunteers to host a science demo day for queer/trans youth in June 2022!
This Pride Month, VII will be hosting CT high school students who identify as LGBTQ+ for a day of science and networking. We are seeking those who do research at UConn to show off their research and help with STEM science demos. Let's improve the pipeline of LGBTQ+ students into them fields!

Commitment will involve monthly planning meetings for all volunteers, with a few more key meetings as we approach the event date (May/early June).
