Are you working on campus this semester and do you need to apply for a social security number? Sign up for a group appointment with social security on Tuesday, January 25th from 9:30-12:30 a.m. or 1:30-4:30 p.m.
You must sign up to reserve your space on the bus. Visit icworkshops.uconn.edu, login with your NetID and password. Sign up quickly as the session is limited to only 25 students or scholars.
If you need to apply for a Social Security Number to get a rejection letter for DMV purposes, do not sign up for this trip. Instead you can apply by mail, following the instructions on this webpage: https://isss.uconn.edu/social-security-itin-2/
If the time above does not work for your schedule you will need to schedule an appointment on your own and arrange your own transportation. Participants must wear a mask and be prepared to wait in line outside of the Social Security office in Willimantic (there is cover in the event of rain).
