UConn Law's new Center on Community Safety, Policing, and Inequality will be holding a kick-off lecture on November 16th. Bennett Capers (Fordham Law) will deliver a lecture about reimagining the concept of “community safety,” to be followed by Q&A with Justice Palmer and students.
