This workshop is inspired by the chapter “Teams: Psychological Safety at Google and Saturday Night Live” in the book Smarter, Faster, Better by Charles Duhigg. This session will engage participants in self reflection and discussion amongst other participants regarding their experiences being part of a team, intentional or unintentional group norms, characteristics of an effective team, components of psychological safety, and steps to how participants can lead an effective team by creating a psychologically safe environment.
