  • Student Written Communications Assistant

    Africana Studies, Asian and Asian-American Studies, El Instituto, and the Women’s, Gender, and Sexualities Studies program seek to hire two motivated Website design assistants, to begin at the start of the Spring 2022 semester. The student workers will take a lead role in implementing updates to the Websites of these multidisciplinary academic centers, working under the direction of these programs’ Directors and Program Assistants. The successful candidate will not only have proven Website design skills, but will also have experience of working well in small teams, involving frequent consultation with project managers. We seek people also of independent initiative, who show a conscientious commitment to meeting goals and deadlines, and exercise mature judgment regarding when to ask supervisors for guidance.

     

    The position will start immediately and will continue for the 2022-2023 academic year with good performance.
