The second part of our Beginners’ Data Science Workshop series is going to take place in person on Wednesday, October 27 from 6:30-7:30 PM in Monteith 226. Venkata, our president, will be providing an introduction to the core data science libraries in Python: NumPy, Pandas and Matplotlib. This workshop has 2 parts, the first of which will be next week. In the second part we will clean and analyze an example dataset using these libraries.
It is recommended that you know the fundamentals of Python.
