Honors Across State Borders (HASB) invites all members of the UConn community to register for its third annual Hike for HASB fundraiser, which will take place this weekend. HASB is a student-run service organization that focuses on combining education, service, and community engagement to work towards long-term change. Our main event is an annual alternative spring break trip spent volunteering with a Habitat for Humanity chapter in a different state. The funds raised through this event will be used to help lower the cost of this trip for members and contribute to a donation to the Habitat for Humanity chapter we are working with this year.
The hike will be happening this Saturday, October 23rd from 1:00-4:00pm. We will be meeting at Horsebarn Hill near the Red Barn.
