Let's get our spooky on! Literary Minds is hosting our first ever writing contest for the Halloween season. Participants will submit a scary short story -- horror, mystery, thriller, etc. -- no longer than 3,000 words or 5 pages single spaced. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will receive a shout out on the Literary Minds Instagram page (@uconnlitminds) and ultimate bragging rights. 1st place winners will also receive an additional prize.
To enter: must be from any UConn campus, 18 years or older by the deadline, and you may only submit one story one story using your UConn email address. The deadline is October 31st, 2021 at 11:59 pm. To submit, follow the link here. For more information, check out our Instagram page. Happy Writing!
