Land Grab CT is an interactive website that shines a light on Land Grant Institutions, the Morrill Act, and their impact on Native Peoples. The website was created by a team at Greenhouse Studios that includes Glenn Mitoma, Director of Dodd Human Rights Impact, and Udall Scholar Sage Phillips. Its launch, coinciding with the beginning of Indigenous Peoples' Week, will be built upon with a Keynote Event with the creators of the original Land Grab U website, Historian Bobby Lee and Journalist Tristan Ahtone on Thursday, October 14 as well as an Encounters Dialogue on Friday, October 15.
