  • 3/29 "Neuroscience at Storrs" featuring Prof. Ed Boyden

    SAVE THE DATE!

    The UConn and UConn HEALTH communities are cordially invited to join the 24th "Neuroscience at Storrs" symposium on March 29, 2022 from 3:30pm-8:30pm in in Dodd / Bousfield on the Storrs campus. The symposium is currently scheduled as in person and will feature an engaging program of short talks, poster presentations from UConn students, and a distinguished talk presented by Prof. Ed Boyden from MIT and Howard Hughes Medical Institute.

    Prof. Boyden, a member of the US National Academy of Sciences, American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering College of Fellows, is best known for the development of optogenetics and many other technologies for manipulating and measuring the brain.

    The symposium is organized by the Biomedical Engineering department this year on behalf of the Neuroscience Steering Committee.
