Let's Talk Leadership is an open enrollment workshop program hosted by Student Activities - Leadership and Organizational Development! We offer interactive, hour-long, weekly workshops to aid in your leadership development.
Despite the overwhelming belief that you can’t be a leader without followers, very little credit or exploration is given to the role of the follower. It’s seen as a negative label, a passive role, uninspired. Yet, what if the role of follower was paramount? What if it wasn’t an after thought, but the foundation? What would it mean to own the role of follower? This session, through participatory activities, will explore the concept of followership, the identity and importance, and reclaim the role.
