Let's Talk Leadership is an open enrollment workshop program hosted by Student Activities - Leadership and Organizational Development! We offer interactive, hour-long, weekly workshops to aid in your leadership development.
The workshop on Peer Supervision and Feedback will discuss how to supervise your peers through setting a growth mindset and holding each other accountable. Learning outcomes will include guiding principles of giving and receiving feedback and how to recognize when a feedback conversation is necessary. Students are more than welcome to bring questions about their own experiences to workshop ideas with the group!
