Be a Food Insecurity Fightighter with Food Recovery! UConn Food Recovery is a program through the Office of Community Outreach that collects unused, but still consumable food from local restaurants, UConn dining halls, cafes, and Price Chopper and redistributes the food to the Covenant Soup Kitchen in Willimantic through early morning deliveries. SOS also strives to combat food insecurity and waste across campus in an effort to reduce environmental harm and work towards food equality. Apply today!
