    **Completely online**

    If you join RISE, you get:

    • free weight loss app developed by our team
    • Your own weight loss coach
    • Daily text messages to reach your weight goals
    • Personalized feedback on your diet and exercise
    • $200 or more for doing study activities

    If you:

    • Have a smartphone
    • Are between the ages of 18-75
