Hello! I am a current undergraduate student at the University of Connecticut majoring in Nursing. I am releasing this survey as part of my Honors thesis and would greatly appreciate participation from students!
My study seeks to determine the level of knowledge and the perceptions that young adult women have surrounding different methods of contraceptives, primarily focusing on long acting reversible contraceptives. This anonymous survey will take about 10 minutes. The survey also includes an information sheet, if you would like to view more information about the study.
