COURSE: NUSC 2200 – Nutrition and Human Development
INSTRUCTOR: Dr. Rhonda Brownbill
CREDITS: 3 credit course
TIME: 3 week period during May Session, from May 10th until May 28th
PREREQUISITES: NUSC 1165
COURSE DESCRIPTION: Nutritional needs and consequences of nutritional deficiencies throughout the life cycle: preconception, pregnancy, lactation, infancy, childhood, adolescence, adulthood, and aging. Maternal and child public health issues.
