COURSE: NUSC 1165 - Fundamentals of Nutrition
INSTRUCTOR: Dr. Christopher Blesso
CREDITS: 3 credit course
TIME: 10 week period during Summer Session 3, from May 10th until July 26th
PREREQUISITES: There are no prerequisites needed to enroll in this course
COURSE DESCRIPTION: “Learn the basics of nutrition with emphasis on the nature and function of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, minerals, and vitamins, and their application to humans.”
