    The Department of Nutritional Sciences is offering the following Summer course:

     

    COURSE: NUSC 1165 - Fundamentals of Nutrition

    INSTRUCTOR: Dr. Christopher Blesso

    CREDITS: 3 credit course

    TIME: 10 week period during Summer Session 3, from May 10th until July 26th

    PREREQUISITES: There are no prerequisites needed to enroll in this course

    COURSE DESCRIPTIONLearn the basics of nutrition with emphasis on the nature and function of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, minerals, and vitamins, and their application to humans.
