Attention all UConn undergraduates! Have you written about the city of Hartford over the past academic year?
The Sustainable Global Cities Initiative (SGCI) is proud to present its second annual Writing Hartford Essay Contest! This competition is open to undergraduate students in 2020-21 UConn courses who have produced writing that engages with the city of Hartford in some way. There are two prize categories available: one for first-year undergraduates, and one for all undergraduates regardless of year. Multimodal entries with visual or audio elements are welcome. This competition is open to ALL UConn undergrads at every campus!
Entries can be submitted by either students themselves OR faculty members on a student’s behalf. Check out the contest guidelines and submit your entry before June 1st, 2021 at s.uconn.edu/undergrad_award_2021.
