Greetings! I am a current undergraduate student at the University of Connecticut with a major in Global Health. Furthermore, I am currently working on my thesis and would greatly appreciate participation from students, faculty, and staff at UConn. My study seeks to investigate and critique the Culture of Health action framework to get a better understanding of its overall impact and establish a link with environmental racism, systemic racism, and racial capitalism, specifically in relation to COVID-19. My primary goal is to show that Black and Latinx communities have been negatively impacted by COVID-19 and infer that if we adopted the CoH framework on a national level, the response to COVID-19 could have been improved.
The anonymous survey will take about 10 minutes. The survey also includes a consent form, in which participants can accept or decline their participation.
