In conjunction with UConn Reads and the book Persepolis, UConn Dining will offer special meal options in all eight dining units on Wednesday, March 5th during dinner. Offered will be chicken kabobs, Persian rice with dill, Iranian pistachio roulettes and green herb beef stew.
