DIVERSITY IN ECONOMICS: PERSPECTIVES AND ADVICE FROM FACULTY
Join five economics faculty members and the Economics Society in a panel discussion about their experiences as minorities in the field of economics. They shall discuss getting advanced degrees in economics, getting involved in research, contributing to scholarship, and other tips and tricks to excel in the field! This is a great opportunity to learn from the personal experiences of your professors, and gain new perspectives to complement your own professional and academic journey. The panel shall feature Nishith Prakash, Daniela Vidart, Talia Bar, Ayesha Ali, and David Simon. The event is on Tuesday (March 30th) from 6-7 pm.
