Do you have significant video editing experience? If so, America Reads needs YOUR help! America Reads is an organization in Community Outreach that provides reading enrichment for K-12 students. During this COVID-19 pandemic, we share online reading modules to K-12 students, which feature audio and video recordings of book read-alongs as well as vocabulary and comprehension discussion sheets. This is a new initiative that strives to bridge literacy gaps in communities across CT, and provide enjoyable, enriching materials during an academically strenuous time set by the pandemic. To ensure that these students receive well-prepared and effective materials, we are looking for experienced video editors who can tie together the audio and video components and organize the videos into a professional, visually attractive product! Access to video editing software such as or similar to Adobe Premiere is encouraged!
