Interested in the Peace Corps?
UConn Honors Leadership in Action organization is hosting Peace Corps alumn Larry Kahn on February 20, 2014 at 7PM in Austin Room 102.
Larry Kahn graduated from UConn in 1974 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He has lived overseas more than half his life and has taught tennis internationally for 20 years. Some of the places he has taught in include Canada, Hawaii, Fiji, Japan, India, and Singapore. While in Singapore, Kahn spent 12 years teaching English as a Second Language. He also spent 3 years teaching ESL and Education Technology as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in the Philippines.
This event is open to both honors and non-honors students.
