Many people experience various forms of stress. Then what can we do to ease our minds? By simply engaging in a creative endeavor, such as painting, you can reduce your stress levels and relax as a result.
Join ASEZ as we host the “Branches of Hope” painting workshop. This event will be held on February 28th from 3:00PM-4:30PM in the Student Union Rm 304.
Through this event we will rebuild our sense of community and reignite our creative minds by painting a tree of our aspirations in life. Following the workshop, we will host a Bible seminar which will focus on how we can maintain eternal hope through the study of the ‘Tree of Life’.
This event will be held in person and through zoom.
Those who would like to join in person, please note there is a 25 person capacity limit that will be reserved on a first come basis. Please RSVP by February 24th to kayla.hardin@uconn.edu in order to reserve your spot.
Those joining virtually please RSVP to kayla.hardin@uconn.edu by February 22nd in order to receive instructions on how to prepare proper materials for the event.
