    Guest lecturer Shawn Smith, licensed psychotherapist, neurodiversity consultant, and CEO of Don't dis-my-ability is back for more with a guided discussion on a timely topic: ways that neurodiverse individuals can safeguard their mental health in the face of difficult situations and overwhelming feelings.
