If so, then Windham High School Tutoring is the place for you! WHS Tutoring connects you, the UConn tutor, with a class of high school students at Windham High School in Willimantic, CT. You will be able to pick a subject of your choice to tutor and have the opportunity to interact with students directly in a small group environment or in a 1 on 1 setting. Subjects include English, Chemistry, Algebra, Spanish and more. Due to the ongoing pandemic, the program will be held entirely online through remote learning this semester, but that won't stop tutors from engaging with students! If you want a fun and fulfilling service-learning opportunity that allows you to educate and connect with high school students, WHS is the place for you!
