Spooky season is upon us! What better way to celebrate than to enjoy the virtual premiere of seven songs for classical voice and piano by Honors student and Holster Scholar, Sarah Marze? This evening will feature performances by UConn students and professors of "Songs of Salem, 1692." The musical performances will be followed by a brief presentation about the historical context surrounding the work and the composition process. We will end with a Q/A session with the composer (Sarah Marze) and poet (Ginny Lowe Connors).
No prior musical experience is necessary to enjoy this spooky evening of music and history at 7:00 pm on October 4th!
