Are you interested in genetic engineering? Do you want to solve real-world problems? Are you looking for a unique lab experience?
UConn iGEM is a student organization that dually functions as an undergraduate student-run lab. We train our members in genetic engineering techniques and then put them to use in projects to solve real-world problems, such as an alternative fuel source to combat a dependence on gasoline. We welcome students of all years, majors and backgrounds!
