UConn Rescue would like to invite you to our inaugural Emergency Care Conference, a one-day conference focused on continuing medical education in EMS. The event will be open to all EMS providers who register in advance, and will feature educational sessions provided by a number of guest speakers, all of whom have many years of experience in emergency medical services. Due to the COVID-19 safety directives in place at the University of Connecticut Storrs campus, the conference will now be an entirely online event.
The conference will be held on Saturday, September 12th, 2020, from 8am-4:30pm, and all the presentations will be live-streamed to the audience via a secure online platform . Registration is open from now through early September, and more information can be found on our website at

The cost of registration includes up to 7.25 CEUs (pending state OEMS approval) per attendee that can be used towards EMS provider recertification. We are also offering a discounted rate for current students (with student ID). We welcome all interested EMS providers, and have attached a copy of the event program to this message with additional information about the speakers and topics that will be featured at the conference this year.
