The Werth Institute is looking for freshman women who have a “founder’s” mentality to apply to become a part of the Pilot Female Werth Innovators Leadership Development Program (WILD). As a Werth Innovator, you will have access to mentorship, leadership development, network growth, skill building workshops and become a part of a community made up of people with entrepreneurial mindsets. Freshman female students accepted into the WILD Program will have the opportunity to propose and work on a project during the summer of 2021 as a paid internship in addition to ongoing opportunities and network growth throughout their freshman year and beyond.
