UConn Choirs are looking for all UConn students and community members with an interest in singing to be part of one of the seven exciting UConn Choirs. There are choirs for all singers, from budding professionals to those who have never sung before and we encourage all to join us for a wonderful year of music making. Because of COVID and the concerns of being in a closed space and singing together, we will be primarily online for the semester. We will still create music and learn from nationally recognized guest clinicians. All interested singers should schedule a Choral Placement Hearing (which will be done remotely using Zoom) in the first days of school. The Placement Hearings are stress-free but they allow the choral directors to place singers in the ensemble that best fits his or her talent, schedule, experience, and interest. There is a place for you in UConn Choirs. This year, the scheduling for Choral Placement Hearings will be accomplished by GoogleForm to simplify the process for everyone.
