Painting is an important part of the puppet-making process! Join UConn Puppet Arts senior Elise Vanase on Friday, August 21 to learn how to effectively paint a puppet for theater, as well as how to create cool textures with what you have around the house. Recommended for ages 4+.
Materials needed: paint, paint brushes, newspaper, plastic wrap, something to paint (papier-mâché or newspaper and masking tape heads are great), optional: netting, old toothbrush, sponge
