  • Long River Review Call for Submissions

Do you have a piece of creative work you've thought about getting published? The Long River Review, UConn's award-winning literary journal, is open for submissions for our 2014 Issue! We accept a broad range of creative works, so any writers, poets, rappers, artists, photographers, cartoonists, and otherwise uncategorized creative thinkers, we're looking at you! Prose, poetry, non-fiction, memoirs, comic-strips, photographs, that hybrid piece that you're not sure what to label: you've got them and we want them.

Submissions are open NOW until early February. February 6th for written submissions, and February 1st for art submissions (Deadlines still tentative).

Written submissions are accepted by emailing us at submissions@longriverreview.com. Please include a cover sheet with the following information: Title, genre, your name, address, phone number, email, and student ID number.

Art submissions must be either submitted on CD to the box in the Art Building Office by February 1, 2014 OR emailed to Design Editor at submissions@longriverreview.com by February 1, 2014 with “LRR Art Submission” in the subject line.
