**WEDNESDAY FEB. 13TH, 5 TO 7 PM ASACC MAIN ROOM**
The brothers of Delta Epsilon Psi Fraternity Inc. and members of the UConn Indian Students Association proudly present Chai Time: Ghosts from the Past. In this Chai Time we will discuss whether racist, sexist, or discriminatory pictures and or social media posts made years or decades in the past should be used to ruin the reputations of people who have lived otherwise morally upstanding lives. Notable examples include the recent photographs unearthed of Virginia Governor Ralph Northam and the racial views held by prominent historical figure Mahatma Gandhi along with several others who will be discussed during the event.
Chai Time is meant to be an open forum discussion over controversial issues relevant to us in the present. This event is designed to foster constructive debate, thoroughly exploring differing political views and stances on a multifaceted issue. As always, chai tea along with refreshing food and beverages will be served through the duration of the event.
